Aspiring Generations Foundation Inc was founded in 2013 by Charlene B. Peppers. She understood firsthand the effects of being without. She was a product of an impoverished family and became a single mother of two children while being her mother's caretaker for 20 years. She understood the meaning and the importance of "It takes a village," and as Marian Wright Edelman said, "You can't be what you don't see ." 

After her mother's transition and experiencing and seeing the challenges of her children, she decided to create change by establishing Aspiring Generations Foundation Inc to represent a safe community for boys and girls. To amplify strength, intelligence, and independence and empower leaders for future generations.

Charlene B. Peppers started her efforts through a Summer Feeding Program by partnering with a community food bank to feed youth during the summer months, along with supplying school supplies for the community youth.
